Introduction

Becoming free from the emotional issues and mental barriers that hold you back, to achieve balance, is a process of change - and there is definitely an art to it- which is where the support of a skilled practitioner comes in.

Balance is not a static state, but a dynamic process of changing your awareness from the normal focus on the small limited self to your ‘Full Potential Self’ - the creative, resourceful and whole person you really are.

Here at The Art of Change, we have the skills and experience to help you release the ‘angel’ you truly are from the ‘block of stone’ that has built up over years of programming* and conditioning.

*This programming, which began in childhood, and continues with the daily messages we get through the media and elsewhere in society, can be likened to tapes that are playing quietly in the background of our subconscious minds, telling us what we can and can’t do. Before we can ‘change the tapes’, we need to become aware of the messages that are there now, and how they are shaping our lives.
